Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню трудових прав працівників в сфері освіти та механізм їх забезпечення. В роботі проаналізовано поняття, класифікація та особливості трудових прав працівників освіти, розкрито міжнародні стандарти трудових прав в сфері освіти, проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу трудових прав працівників у сфері освіти, описано механізм забезпечення та захисту трудових прав працівників в сфері освіти, охарактеризовано судовий захист прав працівників.
