Abstract

У статті розглядаються композиційні особливості промови адвоката та визначаються стратегії і тактики захисника, які використовуються для виправдання обвинуваченого. Зроблено висновок про те, що для досягнення поставленої мети адвокат застосовує тактику дискредитації концепції сторони обвинувачення та надає власні тези, що забезпечує можливість отримання позитивного результату для підсудного.The article highlights the compositional peculiarities of the defense counsel speech and determines the defender’s main strategies and tactics that are used for finding the accused person not guilty. It is concluded that to achieve the assigned goal the barrister uses the tactics of the prosecution concept discredit and provides his own theses, which gives a possibility of a positive outcome for the defendant.
