dc.description.abstract	Дане дослідження присвячене актуальній тематиці вивчення стресових станів та стресостійкості у підлітків. За допомогою психофізіологічних та фізіологічних методів діагностовано актуальний стан нервово-психічного напруження у досліджуваних осіб. З’ясовано, що у більшості досліджуваних спостерігається стан нервово-психічного напруження та зниження адаптаційних резервів організму. This study is devoted to the current topic of studying stressful conditions and stress resistance in teenagers. With the help of psychophysiological and physiological methods, the actual state of neuropsychological stress in the studied persons was diagnosed. It was found that the majority of the subjects were in a state of neuropsychological tension and a decrease in the adaptive reserves of the body.	uk_UA
