ДЕРЖАВНА МОЛОДІЖНА ПОЛІТИКА УКРАЇНИ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ В УМОВАХ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕCІВ

Abstract

Головною метою цієї роботи є втілення та постанова питання про реалізацію державної молодіжної політики України в умовах євро інтеграційних процесах. В роботі проаналізовано поняття молодіжної політики, її особливостей формування, розвитку та вдосконалення в умовах євроінтеграції; визначено місце молодіжної політики в системі публічної політики та вивчено нормативно правову базу для відповіді на поставлені запитання; досліджено європейський досвід, для встановлення молодіжної політики, як перспективної та одною з найголовніших та пріоритетних завдань держави; проаналізовано проблеми та перспективи правового регулювання молодіжної політики в Україні. The main purpose of this work is to implement and resolve the issue of implementation of the state youth policy of Ukraine in the context of European integration processes. The paper analyzes the concept of youth policy, its features of formation, development and improvement in the context of European integration; the place of youth policy in the system of public policy is determined and the normative legal basis for answering the questions is studied; the European experience has been studied to establish youth policy as a promising and one of the most important and best tasks of the state; problems and prospects of legal regulation of youth policy in Ukraine are analyzed.
